Shane Anderson is a seasoned music industry veteran. With over 20+ years in the music industry Shane has vast experience in production, recording, mixing and mastering as well as the ins and outs of the music business. Shane began his musical career in his early teens as a demo vocalist for labels and also as a sound engineer for the MUZAK corporation. At age 18 he opened his first studio location in Honolulu, HI called “Unique Studios” and oversaw the daily operations of the recording studio as well as landing several indie label deals and distribution agreements while in Hawaii working with local talent. In 2009 Shane released a solo album titled “Dangerous”. This album took off online primarily on MYSPACE and gained much success with over 2.5 Million plays worldwide landing him on BILLBOARD NEWSWIRE and ultimately landing him several placements on TV shows to include “The Kardashians” “MTV” “E- Networks” and Oxygen to name a few.
Shane moved down to Los Angeles 2010 where he formed with his long-time high school friend a production company called “The Go Gettas” where he continued to build on his credits and catalog working with artist who have been on American Idol, X Factor, Dancing with The Stars and Disney to name a few. After landing multiple placements in Film/TV Shane relocated to the Sacramento area in 2016 to build on Unique Recording Studios and help bridge the gap between artist and the industry.
Shane runs Unique Recording Studios as a production label, distribution company and recording studio for artist to create and focus on their art. Unique Recording Studios has also newly launched an exciting new venture at URS called “The Collective” which will allow producers, engineers, songwriters and artist to collaborate in house at Unique Recording Studios to work together to create music and promote building a large collaborative catalog of music to submit to labels, publishers, music supervisors and overall decision makers in the music industry. Unique Recording Studios/ Shane Anderson is also mentor/teacher with “The Recording Connection”. Shane’s vast knowledge across multiple genres, mixing approaches and overall industry know how is truly beneficial to a new emerging group of artist, producers, mixers and songwriters.

Nick Nash is a 23 year-old audio engineer and producer from Sacramento, CA. Growing up in a musical household, he has been exposed to many different genres of music at an early age and has had a passion for audio ever since. As a teenager, he started getting involved in the Sacramento music scene by promoting shows at different venues and doing production and mixing for local artists. Nick is currently enrolled in the Commercial Music program at American River College, where he has been studying the recording and business side of music for the past two years while doing his own music in his free time. Nick is the Studio Manager for URS and assist’s Shane with the day to day operations of Unique Recording Studios. As a manager, he is here to make sure you have anything you need for your session. Collin Jacka is a 21 year-old audio engineer and producer from Lodi, CA. Music has been a part of Collin’s life since the day he was born. Collin has attended the Musicians Institute in Hollywood, CA. and was in the Artist Development program there but then after checking out the Audio Engineering program, Collin found a new passion to pursue. Collin spent 6 months in Hollywood before moving back home to start the Recording Connection Basic Audio Engineering Internship at a recording studio in Stockton, CA. During this time Collin also taught guitar lessons and recorded local rappers out of his house, where he had acquired the equipment to build a home studio. After half of the Internship had ended, Collin got a scholarship for the Advanced Audio Engineering Program with The Recording Connection and Collin made the decision to move to Sacramento, CA and move forward with the Advanced Program opportunity at Unique Recording Studios, in Citrus Heights, California. Collin is an Assistant Audio Engineer and Studio Musician/ Instructor, at Unique Recording Studios.
